Mae Cynllun Grant Gwella Asedau’r Sector Cyhoeddus 4G+ yn helpu sefydliadau sector cyhoeddus i uwchraddio neu ddisodli asedau presennol fel y gallant gefnogi seilwaith symudol 4G a 5G. Gall hyn gynnwys gwella colofnau goleuo, cyflenwadau pŵer, mynediad, strwythurau, neu ffibr a dwythellau. Unwaith y cânt eu huwchraddio, rhaid sicrhau bod yr asedau ar gael i weithredwyr rhwydweithiau symudol ar sail mynediad agored, anghyfyngol-o ran ecsclusifedd. Gall grantiau ariannu hyd at 100% o gostau cyfalaf cymwys. Fodd bynnag, telir grantiau mewn ôl‑daliadau.
