Refund Policy

Our approach

We want you to be confident using GrantMatchr. This policy sets out clearly when refunds are available, and does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Free tier

The Free tier costs nothing. No refunds are applicable.

Paid subscriptions (Solo, Growth, Scale)

• 14-day money-back guarantee: If you subscribe to a paid tier for the first time and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund you in full. This applies to your first subscription period only.
• After 14 days: No refund for the current billing period once 14 days have passed. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the paid period.
• Annual subscriptions: Cancel within the first 30 days for a pro-rata refund of unused months. After 30 days, no refund for the remainder of the annual term.

Enterprise plans

Refund terms are agreed individually in your contract.

AI credits

Used AI credits are non-refundable. Unused credits at account closure are refunded pro-rata.

Service outages

If GrantMatchr experiences more than 4 hours of unplanned downtime in any 24-hour period, we will credit your account a pro-rata day's subscription for each day affected, applied to your next billing period. This applies to outages caused by factors within our reasonable control. Credits are not available for: scheduled maintenance communicated in advance; outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers (including hosting, communications, or payment services beyond our control); or force majeure events. Credits are applied on request to admin@grantmatchr.co.uk and are not applied automatically.

Chargebacks and disputes

We ask that you contact us at admin@grantmatchr.co.uk before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are typically able to resolve issues faster through our support process, and initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may affect your ability to use the platform.

How to request a refund

Email admin@grantmatchr.co.uk with your account email and reason. We process requests within 5 business days, returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
